Businesswomen of all industries and ages will convene on May 10 at Moscone Center in San Francisco for the larget annual gathering of professional women in northern California. Now in its 22nd year, the PBWC Annual Conference is led by some of the most sought-after business speakers and thought-leaders from across the country.
This year's confirmed keynote speakers include; Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, author and contributing editor of Good Morning America Lee Woodruff; O, The Oprah Magazine columnist and political strategist Donna Brazile; best-selling and award-winning Chilean-American author Isabel Allende; America's first African American female combat pilot Vernice "Fly Girl" Amour; national Speaker Hall of Fame inductee Mary Loverde; Founder and CEO of ImprovEdge Karen Hough; and CEO of Duarte Design Nancy Duarte.
This year's conference will offer keynote sessions, a luncheon session, and morning and afternoon educational programs on topics from management tactics and leadership strategies, to financial empowerment and work/life balance. Attendees will have the opportunity to discover the tips, tools, and resources needed to accelerate and realize the career of their dreams. There will also be an exhibition area with more than 100 exhibitors and conference sponsors.
"The conference is the cornerstone of PBWC's year-long program to help women advance through education and networking," said Ann Barlow, board chair of PBWC. "It is exciting, inspiring and full of content that attendees will be able to put into practice the next day. That's why the conference draws thousands of women from across the state and around the world each year."
