We're taking action to make RGA even better for our members!
We've grown so much that not a week goes by without one of our team leaders asking how s/he can do more to make their meetings meaningful, and help members succeed.
With nearly two dozen weekly meetings throughout the Tampa Bay area, we needed to find a way to reach more of our team leaders with effective growth tools and in-person support.
To that end, RGA now has a dedicated Business Builder resource, Melissa Mabe (Melrose Enterprises), formerly a team leader who currently helps founder Mark O'Donnell plan our biggest events, like the recent Summer Business Expo and our upcoming Christmas (in November) Party.
We also have two Area Directors, Lisa K. Jordan (Accent American) and Jason Esterline (Intuitive Performance Solutions, Inc.), who will help team leaders make sure their meetings deliver exceptional value each and every week, and who can step in to guide a meeting if the team leader must be away.
