| Event Details : | Invitation from Willie Jolley: One of the secrets to success is the power of mentorship! I was blessed to have Les Brown as a mentor and as a result, I was able to mentor some other young speakers.
This week, my SiriusXM radio show features three speakers who are young, powerful and hungry (as Les Brown loves to say!). They are the next generation of great speakers and their thoughts are INCREDIBLE!
Plus, this was not only a good moment, but literally a God moment. I received a call from Delatorro McNeal, who is one of the young men I mentored and has gone on to become one of the top speakers in America. Delatorro was named "College speaker of the year" during his third year as a professional speaker. Over the last ten years, he has created a worldwide following.
Delatorro has spoken for The Million Dollar Round Table here in America and in Asia and is one of the youngest people in history to receive his CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation. When I returned Delatorro’s call, he was with two other great young speakers. They were all together in the same room for a meeting.
I knew this was a God moment, so I asked if they would they be open for an interview. I felt my listeners needed to hear their wisdom. They agreed. As a result, I captured a rare moment!
So, here are some powerful thoughts from not only Delatorro, but the man who teaches people globally how to WIN, and who wrote the powerful book, From The Hood To Doing Good, speaker, author and TV personality, Johnny Winbrey.
Finally, there are some thoughts from Kevin Bracy...a speaker who spoke at the National Speakers Association a few years ago and "WOW"ed the room! He killed them! Kevin is speaker who has changed the lives of millions of young people with his powerful message!
